Our Policies and procedures
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to each appointment.

If you have a gift card it needs to be present at the time of appointment in order to be redeemed. If gift cards are lost or stolen they can not be replaced. Gift cards are to be treated as "cash".

Gratuities are not included in the price of service appointments.
​
A 3% processing fee is charged for all card transactions that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy: Please note that we require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments. Cancellations or reschedule requests that fall within the 48 hour period will be charged a 50% fee of the service cost of the appointment.

No show/no call fee: Any client that doesn't not show up for an appointment with out any call will be charged the full amount of the appointment and may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.

Under Your Skin Spa reserves the right to refuse services for reasons such as but not limited to intoxication and inappropriate behavior. This type of refusal will result in a full price cancellation fee.
